Special Issue of the University Marine Energy Research Consortium 2023 Conference
• 大类 : 工程技术 - 1区
• 小类 : 能源与燃料 - 2区
• 小类 : 绿色可持续发展技术 - 2区
The special issue will consist of selected papers from the University Marine Energy Research Community (UMERC) second annual conference hosted by the Atlantic Marine Energy Center (AMEC) and the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH in October, 2023.
Papers will focus on the design, analysis, environmental evaluation and techno-socio-economics of marine energy systems. Marine energy systems are defined as energy converted from waves, tidal, river and ocean currents, as well as salinity and temperature gradients. The research of interest relates to all end-use markets, from small-scale systems of a few watts or kilowatts, Powering the Blue Economy (PBE) applications to utility-scale systems. Original research work highlighting successful industryacademia collaborations in the marine energy space are also of interest.
