Electrohydrodynamics (EHD) is an interdisciplinary area of research encompassing electrostatics, non-thermal plasma, electrochemistry, electromechanics of particles, heat transfer and fluid mechanics, including microfluidics. Although Faraday discovered the first EHD phenomena, the last two decades have witnessed intensive investigations and rapid developments in this area, caused by many important practical applications, such as electrostatic precipitation, flow control, heat transfer enhancement, EHD pumping, electro-spraying, and many others.
This Call for Papers is addressed to researchers working in different areas of EHD, encouraging them to report their most recent original investigations in one dedicated issue of the Journal. The list of possible topics includes, but is not limited to:
