Overview
The “2017 Information Center Future Network Forum” was held in ShenZhen, China, in 2017. The forum was divided into a main forum and five sub-forums, and invited many domestic and foreign experts and scholars of ICN, inculding Academician Yunjie Liu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor Lixia Zhang of the University of California, Los Angeles (The NDN Project Leader), Professor Zhili Zhang of the University of Minnesota, Professor Xiaoming Fu from the University of Göttingen, Professor GQWang of HuaWei North America, Associate Professor Beichuan Zhang of the University of Arizona, Professor Lan Wang of the University of Menphis, and Professor Liu Bin of Tsinghua University, etc. The number of participants is about 300 people, from more than 20 regions at home and abroad, more than 40 colleges and universities, government, scientific research institutions, enterprises. On this basis, in August 2018, we will be held the 1st IEEE International Conference on Hot Information-Centric Networking (IEEE HotICN2018), in Shenzhen. The conference aims to organize an international conference in the field of Information-Centric Networking, which will gather experts and scholars from home and abroad in this field to discuss the structure, key technologies, innovative ideas, future development trends and industry prospects of Information-Centric Networking.We welcome the majority of scientific research staff submission.
The 1st IEEE International Conference on Hot Information-Centric Networking (IEEE HotICN2018) will be held from Aug 15-17 at Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School (PKUSZ) in Shenzhen. The conference calls for papers from three tracks including 1. Information Centric Network; 2. Blockchain technology; and 3. Knowledge Graph. HotICN2018 addresses research issues in designing, building, managing, and evaluating advanced future internet system. It is a leading forum for researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore cutting-edge ideas and to exchange techniques, tools, and experiences. We invite the submission of original research contributions.
